We're honored you're considering us for your child's care. Both offices are accepting new patients, and getting started takes about five minutes.

How to join

Transferring

Already have a child? Switch in three steps.

  1. 1Pick the closer office and book your first visit.
  2. 2Request your child's records from your previous pediatrician and have them sent to us. Our team can help walk you through it. Here's how.
  3. 3Bring your insurance card and any school or camp forms. We'll take it from there.
Expecting

Baby on the way? Tell us early.

  1. 1Fill out the expecting parent form below. We'll keep your info on file and reach out before your due date.
  2. 2When baby arrives, call us within 48 hours and we'll book your first visit.
  3. 3First visit happens 2-3 days after you're home. Bring the discharge paperwork. That's it.

Tell us your due date.

Fill out the form and we'll be in touch before baby arrives. A few things you can expect:

  • An email confirming we received your registration.
  • A note from our team a few weeks before your due date.
  • A first visit scheduled 2-3 days after you're home from the hospital.
